I selected this after an event even though I wasn't sure I "needed" it, having recently done a lot of boundary work and emotional cleansing through a divorce process. Since I wasn't really sure what to expect, I've experimented with it a bit to see how it benefits me. I've found if I take it before bed, it helps me have very deep dreams. In the evening I sometimes take it before going out dancing – especially if I'm overcaffeinated or had a busy work day - I find it helps me relax into my body, brings back my femininity and allows me to express myself more fully. It helps me balance when I have an overabundance of masculine energy. I've heard it's good for creativity also... will be sure to try next time I'm undertaking a creative project!
