Try Out This Simple Ritual
To connect with the spirits of Piñon Colorado, Guayusa and Valeriana, and invite their healing presence into your life, add 10-20 drops of your Shamans Dream Tincture to a clear glass of water. Infuse the glass of water your loving energy just by holding the glass of water and meditating on the expansion of your light body, the part of you that is one with the essence of all creation.
From there, set a prayer or intention for your time with these plants. What is it that you are needing? What areas of your life need healing? Turn those needs into a prayer and infuse that intentional prayer into the water.
