• Fill out & submit intake form with recent photo of yourself
• Schedule Your Session Remotely via Zoom or in person in Sarasota Florida
• Using Your Name & Photo, Cyana will do a 60-90 minute channeling alone with her guides, and write down all that they share. Typical channelings can be around 5 pages long.
• At the time of your session, Cyana will first allocate 15 minutes towards building relationship with you.
• Next, she will begin a 45 minute Sound & Energy Healing to help open your channels to clear away any resistances to receiving the valuable wisdom she has to impart.
• Next, she will begin to read the channeling as received from her guides & help to decode any metaphors, while compassionately holding space during moments of emotional release. This portion often takes around 60-75 minutes, as it is common for many questions to arise, and emotions to flow.
• To Conclude, as a medical intuitive, Cyana will share any specific insights related to your personal state of health and well-being, and offer recommendations for which natural remedies from our Apothecary would serve you most.

NOTE, While these sessions take Cyana around 4 hours to complete, you will only need to be present for 2 hours of the work.
